C Models (Custom / Client) are bespoke assistants trained on your brand, tone, workflows, and goals. They can write, plan, and operate as part of your real business infrastructure — it’s like hiring a culturally fluent digital team member.

Do I need tech skills to use Cultura’s assistants?
Not at all. If you can type and think, you can collaborate with Cultura. Our systems are designed to simplify, not overwhelm.

Hub Access

I purchased a Cultura assistant — how do I access my hub?
Each assistant has its own password-protected Hub Page where you’ll find everything you need: Quick Start, Access Links, Resources, and Support. You’ll receive your access details directly via email after purchase.

I lost my password — what should I do?
Email ask@CulturaAI.Studio with your name and purchase confirmation. We’ll verify your access and resend your link within one business day.

What’s the difference in support between S Models and C Models?
Every Cultura client receives real support — but the level of human involvement varies based on your model type.

S Models come with email-based support for general questions, plus access to regularly updated documentation, guides, and resources. Each S Model hub is updated periodically with new insights, workflow enhancements, and best practices — so your assistant keeps improving over time.

C Models include personalized human hours each month, one-on-one calls, and hands-on calibration sessions based on your package level. You’ll receive dedicated strategic support, custom voice training, and refinement updates to ensure your assistant stays aligned with your brand and goals.

Cultura believes in both autonomy and partnership — whether you’re starting with an S Model or building your own C Model ecosystem, we meet you where you are.

Does Cultura offer ongoing updates?
Yes. Both S and C Models are actively maintained. Our studio continuously refines prompts, resources, and user materials to keep every assistant sharp, ethical, and effective.

I need help with my Cultura assistant — who do I contact?

Payment & Access

Where do I purchase assistants or bundles?
You can purchase directly through our Stan Store or via links on our product pages.

Do you offer refunds?
Because Cultura assistants include immediate access to digital systems, all sales are final. If you have a genuine access or functionality issue, email us — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you accept custom projects or collaborations?

Can I upgrade from an S Model to a C Model later?
Yes. You can start with an S Model and later upgrade to a fully customized C Model trained on your brand voice and systems. We’ll apply your previous purchase toward the upgrade.

Do the assistants integrate with my current tools (Notion, Google Docs, WordPress, etc.)?
Most Cultura assistants are platform-agnostic — meaning they work alongside your existing tools. Some C Models can integrate directly with your workspace during setup.

Are Cultura assistants private and secure?
Yes. Your assistants are confidential and unique to you. We don’t share training data or cross-use client materials — every build is protected and ethical.

Can Cultura train on my existing materials?
Absolutely. Our C Models can be trained on your brand guidelines, copy, or existing content to ensure cultural and tonal accuracy.
